I don’t know about you, but I think I’m glad the tasks have been called off.

But what is going to happen now that the tasks have been called off?

Plan B, I assume. They must have a back up, or they wouldn’t have called the tasks off. 

[looks at him and nods slowly] If they had known about this plan before, they should have told us. It would have saved a lot of time.

My thoughts exactly. The powers that be work in mysterious ways. [smiles] Hopefully this new and improved plan will be more successful, or we’ll be stuck here for ever.
